The interior space of Las Piedras del Consuelo is small but has wide light entrances at each of its angles, that makes it open to the landscape. A sarcophagus-shaped niche opens in two of the inner walls, they are like medieval tombs carved into the rock. We are in the cave, the hypogeum that now shows allegorically as human silhouettes.

In a vital and spiritual sense, the sculptor tells us about those spaces of reflection that open up in life. It is a proposal that invites us to return to mineral time, the physical place where we all come from. Despite being an open space, where the idea of ​​the hidden is not present, it is an interior door that helps meditation, to value the beauty of light and the importance of matter in the work.
